We constantly monitor and asses new building products – we have a strong focus on alternative products like Bondor, Alucabond, James Hardie products, structural steel, cold rolled steel, alternate window designs and the like.

Unlike conventional off-the-plan buildings, we can truly offer something that is different and unique and will not be a neighbourhood look-alike.
